Discussing Utah's Bathroom Bill with Michelle Tanner

Earlier this month, the Utah Legislature passed HB0257 which requires new facilities to have gender neutral bathroom facilities. (A wonderful concept that I think everyone supports.) Unfortunately, the bill also restricts which bathroom facilities can used by transgender persons.
